Experience
Where I've delivered.
Own cloud operations, enterprise IT service delivery and platform governance for Leapwork's Azure-hosted Play, Go and LaaS platforms, leading a team of 10 engineers across CloudOps, release management, monitoring and L3 support.
- Led the transition from on-premises to multi-region, multi-tenant Azure SaaS (LaaS) and supported its public release on Azure Marketplace.
- Expanded hosting to Australia, East US, UK South and South Africa alongside North Europe, West US and UAE.
- Automated tenant onboarding from ~8 hours to 1–2 hours with Azure DevOps, Terraform and Bicep pipelines triggered from Jira.
- Established a biweekly Change Advisory Board and mandatory production approval gates across LaaS, Play, Go and Azure APIM.
- Delivered 41% Azure cost savings via Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, right-sizing and non-prod start/stop automation, sustaining ~100% commitment utilization.
- Replaced manual monitoring with Grafana and Azure Monitor dashboards, anomaly detection and Jira-integrated incident workflows, cutting daily alerts from 300+ to ~100.
- Led ISO 27001 re-certification and SOC 2 Type II certification using Vanta and Scrut; deployed Microsoft Defender and governed Entra ID RBAC/PIM.
- Migrated AD DS to Leapwork-owned infrastructure and led AWS-to-Azure resource consolidation.
- Built 5 internal tools and dashboards with Python/Streamlit; administered Dynamics 365 at 90%+ CSAT.
